Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 scallion
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1½ tablespoons mint
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine the lamb, garlic, cumin, hot sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, mint, scallion, parsley, lemon juice, and lemon zest together.
  • Form the mixture, make 9 balls and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F. Put meatballs in the air fryer basket and Spray the olive oil . Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F.
