With an air fryer, you can easily cook fried chicken in healthy way.

  • Air Fryer


  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black or white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • cups all-purpose flour


  • Mix chicken legs, buttermilk and thighs in a bowl. Marinate for 1 hours.
  • Combine spices, flour and salt together in another bowl. Then coat chicken legs by flour mixture and put on a cooling rack for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F. Brush the chicken legs and thighs on each side by the oil. Then put chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes at 380°F.
